Are your boots and shoes true to size?
Our boots fit as true as a cowboy’s aim! We provide detailed sizing charts for each product. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend going up half a size – especially for our work boots that you might wear with thicker socks.
How do I care for my western boots?
Treat your boots right and they’ll last longer than a Texas summer! We recommend:
- Regular cleaning with a soft brush or damp cloth
- Conditioning leather boots every few months
- Storing in a cool, dry place away from direct heat
- Using boot trees or stuff with newspaper to maintain shape

Where do you ship to?
We ship our western gear worldwide, reaching farther than a cattle drive! The only places we can’t reach are some remote areas in Asia and a few other locations. If you’re unsure about your area, just give us a holler.
What shipping options do you offer?
We’ve got two trusty options to deliver your frontier fashion:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Faster than a mustang with DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after shipping)
- Free Shipping – For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after shipping)
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships (quicker than a jackrabbit!), we’ll send you tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey from our Fort Wayne headquarters right to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
If something doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, you’ve got 15 days after delivery to return it – no questions tougher than a longhorn steer! Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Simply contact our team with your order details and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions faster than you can say “giddyup!” Please note return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund quicker than a rodeo clown can dodge a bull! Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
