Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be as satisfied as a cowboy with a fresh pair of broken-in boots! If something’s not right, we’ll make it right quicker than you can say “hotcakes!”

  • Condition: Unworn, original tags attached, in original packaging
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Men’s & Women’s Western Hats (unless defective)
    • Any accessories marked “final sale”

3. Who Pays for Shipping?

  • You cover return shipping unless item is defective or we made a mistake
  • We cover shipping for exchange items coming back to you
  • International partners: You’re responsible for return shipping and customs fees

4. Refund Roundup

  • Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund issued: Within 2 business days after approval
  • Funds appear: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • Method: Original payment method (PayPal returns to PayPal)
